Warren AFB, WY 82005-2860, UNITED STATES DESCRIPTION This special notice for commercial items is posted as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.203 and FAR Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13), as supplemented with additional information included within to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide: 0001 - Vehicle Control Unit to include: Vehicle Control Unit Manufacturer: Detroit Diesel Corporation Part No: DDE RA0004464335 VCU 14.23 Qty: 8 Each C1 Core Charge Manufacturer: Detroit Diesel Corporation Part No: DDE RA0004464335-C1 Core Chg Qty: 8 Each PLD VERS/60 Manufacturer: Detroit Diesel Corporation Part No: DDE RA0054465440 PLD VERS/60 Qty: 8 Each C1 Core Charge Manufacturer: Detroit Diesel Corporation Part No: DDE RA0054465440-C1 Core Chg Qty: 8 Each Programming of PDU Unit Qty: 8 Each Shipping Quantity: 1 Each Quantity: 8 Each Delivery will be to Base Supply, 7100 Saber Road, Bldg 1284, F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming 82005. The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars (FACs) 2005-37. The proposed requirement is a BRAND NAME and applies to the North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 423120 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Government will make a best value award decision IAW FAR Part 13.106-2. Quotes shall include pricing information to include unit price and the extended total. To be eligible for contract award or payment from any DoD activity, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contract Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Work Flow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) websites. Information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423, or by registering via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. Information on WAWF-RA registration may be obtained by calling 1-866-618-5988, or by registering via the WAWF-RA website at https://wawf.eb.mil/. The WAWF-RA Invoicing System is now mandatory for use. There are no charges or fees to use WAWF-RA, and allows monitoring of your payment status online. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certification Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. There will be no paper copies of the RFQ notice available. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent RFQ notice. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing within the time allowed.
