- Description
- The Nashville Disctrict U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue an invitation for bid (IFB), W912P5-10-B-0004, for repair of the control and heating system at Lake Barkley Resource Office located in Grand Rivers, Kentucky. The work covered by this project requires the contractor to supply all tools, materials and parts necessary to repair the present heating system located in the Lake Barkley Resource Management Building. The contractor shall replace the existing control system, duct heaters and associated components. IFB W912P5-10-B-0004 is 100% set-aside for competitive 8(a) small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $14M. From this IFB, the Government intends to award one firm-fixed price contract. The Government intends to award without discussions. The period of performance for this procurement will be 30 days. The estimated release date for IFB W912P5-10-B-0004 is on or about December 9, 2009. Specific information pertaining to this procurement will be available in the solicitation. The IFB documents for this procurement will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) database.
