- RECOVERY ACT: Contract Number: VA258-P-0202 TO6 ICU Endo Storage.This Task Order (T/O) will engage an Architect/Engineer to provide Contract Drawings, Specifications, Construction Cost Estimate, Engineering Calculations, and subsequent Construction Period Services for AVAHCS Project # 504-10-101, ICU Endo Storage. The project will consist of renovation of approximately 1,620 SF of existing clinic space in Building 28, clinical addition, into a 360-square feet Procedure Room and 1,260-square feet Medical storage, waiting area, and family room. The project will result in the reconfiguration of the old Endoscopy Suite into usable space. The project will result in a new Medication Room behind the Nurses Station in ICU, a new Procedure Room with a new opening into ICU, Equipment Storage Area and a Waiting Area with a private Family Area. The project will include Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical design. Contract Drawings, Specifications and Engineering calculations shall supply a complete design to the satisfaction of the VA. The A/E shall provide a detailed construction cost estimate based on the contract drawings and specifications. This T/O is issued against the main A-E IDIQ contract, awarded in support of all seven VISN 18 contracting offices. Hartman and Majewski Design Group was selected for this project following a source-selection of the other firms within the aforementioned IDIQ.
