- Description
- The NAICS Code is 541330. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-07-G-5438, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California, intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., Armaments Systems Division, Louisville, Kentucky 40214-2683. The contractor shall provide material and services required to receive, inventory, stage, disassemble, repair, overhaul and upgrade by installing MK 45 ORDALTS, test, package and preserve and ship MK 45 Mod 4 Gun Mounts (including all Loose Details) M/F: USS Leyte Gulf, CG 55, as specified and in accordance with DSOW No. 003 dated 09 September 2008. Period of Performance: ARO through 30 September 2010. BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the required timeframe.
