Description
Travis AFB intends to award a brand name or equal purchase order for food service ovens for Travis AFB. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-37, Effective 14 Oct 2009 and Defense DCN 20091123 Last Update:23 Nov 2009, and the Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-1030 Effective 30 Oct 2009. This acquisition is unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333319. The business size standard is 500. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7310. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3599. Award must be in the aggregate (all or none) 0001-FOOD SERVICE, FOOD PREPARATION EQUIPMENT Rational Model SCC62 OR EQUAL QTY: 2 EA 42L X 38.25W (IN), SelfCooking Center, full-size, elec., SelfCooking control w/7 modes, Combi-Steamer w/3 modes, (10) 18"x26" or (20) 12"x20" pan cap., CleanJet auto-clean, CDS self-clean, core temp probe w/6 point measurement, retractable hand shower, hinging rack rails & 5 s/s grids, USB interface, 37kw.Required install kit priced separately, also to be installed below model SCC62 or Equal. Rational Mdel SCC102 OR EQUAL QTY:2 EA seven cooking modes, three combi-steamer modes.. Oven holds (10) 18"Wx26"D sheet pans or (20) 12"Wx20"D steamtable pans. 42-1/8"Wx38-1/4"Dx40"H overall. 3/4" water connection required. 120,000 BTUs. Other features include: • High performance fresh steam generator • Clear control panel with pictograms • Individual programming of up to 350 cooking programs with up to 12 steps • Humidifying function with values from +85°F to +500°F • Stainless steel interior and exterior • Rounded corners for easy cleaning This model will be installed above model SCC102 or EQUAL Each unit should have the following qualities: Self Cleaning System Rapid Cabinet Cooling Demand-responsive energy supply Safety Temp limiter Rational Air Conduction System Hygienic design stand Rational Combi-link Lockable Control Panel Griddle grid for pan fries, fish and vegetable CombiFry for prefried products Heat shield for left side panel double copies of the Operator's and Service Manuals The following provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation. Ability - we want an oven that will cook up to 15 % faster than any conventional combo oven that will save us both time and money. An oven that has 9 cooking modes: Roasting joints, Grills/Pan fries, Poultry, Fish and Seafood, Side dishes/Vegetables, Potato products/dumplings, Egg dishes/Dessert, Baking, Finishing 3. Features - you can bake, roast, steam, blanch, poach and much more, all in a single unit. 4. Cleaning features - an oven that contains auto cleaning system for more intelligent care for maximum operational reliability 5. Healthy cooking - an oven that has Centrifugal grease extraction without grease filter 6. Operating Safety - an oven that has Integral fan impeller 7. Flexibility - an oven that is capable of 3 modes: Moist heat 30° C-130° C, Dry heat 30° C-300° C, combination of moist heat and dry heat 30° C 300°C 8. A combo oven that has Food safety system or HACCP data memory and output via USB interface 9.
