- The NAICS Code is 332995. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-07-G-5438, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California, intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., Armaments Systems Division, Louisville, Kentucky 40214-2683. The contractor shall provide material and services required to receive, inventory, disassemble, repair, overhaul, upgrade, manufacture, test, package and ship various components as specified and in accordance with applicable portions of DSOW No. 003 dated 09 September 2009. Component Requirements: Upper Hoist Drive Assy, Part No. 6118493, 1 ea..; Fuze Setter Assy (Mod 1-2 GM), Part No. 5771781, 1 ea..; Fuze Setter Assy (Mod 4 GM), Part No. 7249099, 1 ea.. Components manufactured shall meet the requirements of QAP 3783, as follows: 6118493, QAP 3783 Change 10C Section 10-4, 10-5, 10-101, 10-106, 10-107, and 10-112; 5771781, QAP 3783 Change 10C Section 6-102; 7249099, Mod 4 QAP 3783 Change 30 Section 6-102. Period of Performance: ARO through 30 September 2010. BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the required timeframe.
