- Technical Requirements Document updated 23 Nov 09 Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement Essential Parts Replacement Program RFI updated Nov 09 Please reference the attached documents. Please reference Essential Parts Replacement Program RFI, Instructions For Respondents: 9. Respondents should submit questions and comments regarding the attached update to the draft technical documents for this effort in writing to the primary Point of Contact (POC) for this effort. 10. Pertinent, and releasable, AN/FPS-117 technical orders have been made available upon request by the Primary POC to companies that have a Department of Defense Form 2345 on file; instructions on how to access the Air Force Knowledge Now Community of Practice (AFKN CoP) website for these technical orders will be forwarded via email (a government issued Common Access Card is not required to use this CoP) once the DD 2345 has been verified. Any difficulty regarding access should be addressed back to the Primary POC immediately for resolution. a. Note: Additional technical data has been posted to the CoP as of 23 Nov 09; however; not all of the technical orders and other relevant technical documents are releasable outside the government. * Please review the attached updated Technical Requirements Document (TRD). * Please provide any responses and/or comments to the RFI and technical documents by 23 December 2009.*
