- We intend to award a sole source contract to the Province of Our Lady of Consolation, Inc., 101 Saint Anthony Drive, Mount Saint Francis, Indiana 47146 for the Catholic Religious Service Contract of Father Sebastian Cunningham. Father Sebastian is the only Priest that can perform these services at White Sands missile Range, based on the fact that local churches can not compete against one another. Any response must be received by Monday, November 30, 2009 at 8:00 am MDT. Any responses to this special notice can be sent to Gloria Rios at 575-678-4968 or gloria.i.rios@us.army.mil. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is Not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
