- NOTICE TO BIDDERS, see below for Solicitation No. IBM10B0002, plans/submittals. Reference Section L, starting page 48 for instructions in completing your bid. As a minimum bidders shall complete and submit with their bid the following items at the time of bid opening date - December 22, 2009 at 3:00 PM (MST): 1. Standard Form (SF) 1442, pages 1 & 2; 2. Bidding Schedule pages 7-9; 3. Section K, pages 42-47; 4. Section J, List of Attachments: Form 110, Certification of Authority for Signing Bids/Contracts; Form 116, Statement of Equipment; Form 117, Statement of Attendance at Pre-Bid Conference/Site Inspection; SF 24, Bid Bond; and SF 28, Affidavit of Individual Surety (if applicable); 5. Section L.2, Qualifications of Bidders (to be submitted in a separately sealed envelope with the sealed envelope containing the bid); and 6. Amendments to the solicitation (if applicable), should be acknowledged either in the SF 1442 Form, page 2, or sign and submit a copy of each amendment with the bid package) NOTE: Mandatory Pre-bid conference/Site-visit is scheduled for Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 10:30 AM MST, at the USIBWC Las Cruces Field Office, 504 S.
