- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROJECT THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION ONLY PROJECT NUMBER: 2911-R8AA TREASURY ACCOUNT SYMBOL: 1409-1613 On or about November 27, 2009 the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Division of Contracting and General Services (CGS) intend to issue a purchase order to Drew George & Partners Inc of San Diego, CA. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS has a requirement to complete Leadership in Engery and Environmental Design (LEED) Project Management Services of the design for the San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Contact Station/Administrative Headquarters/Service Building in Chula Vista, CA. In accordance with the Brooks Act and A/E short selection procedures source selection under this requirement is considered competitive. This will be a firm fixed price award. The NAICS code is 541310; size standard $4.5M.
