- BAR SEED, MILFORD-POLE SEED BUY - The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has seed requirements for seed as advertised herein. Pertinent terms and conditions for this buy are as follows: 1) The BLM shall evaluate the seed for each item number based on seed certification and minimum PLS price per bulk pound. 2) ALL SEED WILL BE TESTED PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE. 3) Other evaluation factors include past performance. 4) Awarded dollar amount will be based on the bulk price per pound. 5) All seed shall be in 50 lb. bags. 6) Germination for all seed will be determined by tetrazolium tests (TZ). Moisture content of seed as delivered to the Government shall be less than or equal to 11% by weight. 7) Prices shall include delivery (F.O.B. destination). 8) For wildland collected seed the term Certified denotes Source Identified, the term Non-Certified denotes Specified Source Origin. Offers are due on Friday, December 4, 2009, at 1:30 PM Local Time (Portland, Oregon). This solicitation will be posted electronically (paper copies are no longer available) at www.FedConnect.net. Offers can be FAXed to 503-808-6312. The estimated issue date is November 23, 2009. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
