- Description
- The Veterans Affairs Mid South Healthcare Network 9 Contracting Center will issue RFP VA-249-10-RP-0041 for VISN 9 Home Oxygen Equipment and Oxygen supplies. The Home Oxygen solicitation will be in support of approximately 3,400 entitled veterans throughout VISN 9. This solicitation will be a 100% set aside for Small Business. The duration of the contract will include a base year and four one-year options for renewal. The successful contractor(s), all branch offices and subcontractors must meet JCAHO standards or equivalent and be in good standing for equipment management and clinical respiratory services. The effective base year is to begin on or about May 01, 2010 through April 30, 2011. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. Evaluation factors for award will include but not be limited to Past Performance, References, Personnel Qualifications, and Cost/Price. The solicitation will be posted on FBO in approximately 1-4 weeks.
