- DSCC is soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for 1 NSNs. The estimated annual demand value for this solicitation is $162,729.00. The estimated 5 year value (including options) is $813,645.00. The contract maximum (not to exceed) value is $1,627,290.00. The anticipated contract period will be for one 1 year base period and 4 one year option periods which can be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will contain the following NSNs: 6110015296949 C.E.Niehoff Cage 76761 P/N N3215B General Dynamic Land Systems Cage 56161 P/N 10661263-001 The Government does not possess the drawings, specifications and technical data required to manufacture these items. The Government is procuring these items in accordance with the manufacturer's part numbers. While price will be a significant evaluation factor, past performance, delivery, socioeconomic support, DLA MBA Program and Ability One (formerly JWOD) Program will also be taken into consideration as specified in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as unrestricted with other than full and open competition. The small business size standard for this acquisition is 500 employees. The solicitation will be available on DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 15. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 01, 2009.
