- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS BEING PROCURED THROUGH AN 8(A) DIRECT AWARD. In accordance with the Small Business Administration 8(a) Program, Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 19.8; The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to contract directly with the proposed eligible 8(a) firm, P3S Corporation, for the provision of technical support services for management, collection, evaluation and data analysis of Meningococcal and Pneumococcal vaccine distribution. This contract will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, NOR IS A SOLICITATION AVAILABLE.
