- Solicitation Number SPM4A610R0158, PR 0023724954, NSN: 5855015711362, M9 ACE Vision Enhancement System, unit of issue is Each and is in accordance with Part Number 7004100-101 from DRS Sensors & Targeting Systems, Cage 1U9G7. End Item Application: M9 ACE Combat Excavator. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Solicitation will be issued as an Unrestricted, Firm Fixed One Time Buy without a quantity option requirement since the current requirement will fill the current demand, at Other than Full and Open procedures. No commercial item determination is needed as this item is not commercial per SAP 12 November 2009. The quantity requested for this requisition is two. Cost and pricing data is not required as the requirements of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Progress payments will not be included as this requisition has not met the requirements. Economic Price Adjustment is not applicable. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. Required delivery is 180 days ARO per FAGD inquiry 08/27/09. PR Line 0001 for a quantity of 2 will be delivered to New Cumberland, PA. This item is not a critical application item or a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP 12 November 2009. ABVS applies. NSN will not be evaluated for a new LTC package since there is not a consistent demand for this item. The synopsis will be issued on 19 November 2009. Solicitation will be issued 04 December 2009. Closing date will be 04 January 2010. Estimated award date is 19 January 2009. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
