THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO CANCEL THIS NOTICE. SOLICITATION WILL BE CANCELLED. SOLICITATION TO BE ISSUED (POSTED TO DIBBS) NOVEMBER 4, 2009. A Solicitation to be issued in anticipation of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. NSN 1560-01-443-6105, Support Structural utilized on the KC-135 Aircraft Program for a quantity of 126 pieces. This is an unrestricted procurement; Other than Full and Open Competition. This is a Critical Application Item; Configuration Control Applies; Technical Data Packages is not available at DSCR. Inspection IAW Origin and FOB Destination to Stock Location. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
