- SOLICITATION NO. RMA00100003 DESCRIPTION: PROVIDE Propane and No. 2 Heating Fuel Oil for heating DOI, BIA facilities located in Rosebud, SD and Mission, SD for FY-2010. The agency will require approximately 12,000 Gallons of Propane and 20,000 Gallons of #2 Heating Fuel Oil. Delivery to be made on an "As needed" basis. Deliver of Propane to the following locations:Bldg #63, Road Maintnenace, Rosebud, SD 2,000 Gallon TankBldg #135, Fire Station, Rosebud, SD 1,000 Gallon TankBldg #138, Facilities Mgt Maint. Shop 2,000 Gallon TankBldg #1094, Fire Station, Mission, SD 1,000 Gallon Tank Delivery of #2 HEATING FUEL OIL to the following locations:Bldg #134, Property and Supply, Rosebud, SD 3,000 Gallon TankBldg #140, Adult Detention Center, Rosebud, SD 10,000 Gallon TankBldg #1004, Bia Offices, Mission, SD 10,000 Gallon TankBldg #1006, Facility Mgt Maint. Propane 12,000 Gallons Unit Price _____________ per gallon #2 Heating Oil 20,000 Gallons Unit Price _____________ per gallon The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Great Plains Region is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation RMA00100003 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-30. This is a small business set-aside the associated NAICS code is 454311, Heating Oil Dealers with the small business size standard of 50 employees. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, 52.216-2 Economic Price Adjustment - Standard Supplies.This will be a fixed price contract with an estimated price range of $50,000 - $100,000.
