- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, Florida intends to issue a commercial sole source purchase order to GE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms, 12090 S Memorial PKWY, Huntsville, AL 35803. The proposed acquisition is for twenty four (24) each memory adaptor circuit card assemblies. The items required are direct replacements for existing equipment and will be utilized as a spares. GE Fanuc is the manufacture and no other type will integrate with the same configuration. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 13.5, a Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334418 and the size standard is 500 employees.
