- This solicitation will contain one NSN: 1560-00-257-2953 for a Fitting Assembly use on a C-130. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The quantity is 34 each. FOB is Destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin; Delivery is 425 AFAA, 85 DARO for the FAT. This requirement is coded 1G, and will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about November 30, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. DIBBS is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit quotes/proposals on requests for proposals (RFPs) for items of supply included in the DLA Business System Modernization (BSM) program.
