- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The National Institues of Health, Office of Human Resources (OHR), Strategic Analysis and Information Division (HR SAID) plans to utilize the existing Workflow Information Tracking System for ARRA input and reporting to procure the continuation of the system to assist the Office of Human Resources with performing ARRA required development work that involves modifying existing WiTS forms to include ARRA reporting fields; creating Vacancy Announcement and Certificate reports; and modifying the existing Recruitment Actions and Classification Reports. This is a Notice of Intent to negotiate with the Deloitte Consulting, LLC, 1750 Tysons Boulevard, STE 800, McLean, Virginia 22102. This notification is not a request for quotations and no solicitation exists for this requirement. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541611.
