- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Kentucky National Guard Has a requirement for FFP, Copier lease,Cost per Copy contract. The requirement is for 128 copiers at locations throughout the state. Plus two large copiers located in Frankfort Ky. Part of this requirement is for a Full time employee to perform first line maintenance and service calls on copiers located in Frankfort. Solicitation is of one base year plus 4 option years. See attached statement of work for specifications and descriptions. Award will be made to the responsible offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable proposal. Technically Acceptableness will be evaluated on criteria in the attached statement of work. There will be a meeting before the 11/20/09 to discuss any questions you may have and to provide any information about products, capabilities and compatibilities.
