- This pre-solicitation notice is for Refuse and Recycle services at Fort Monmouth, NJ. The award will be a fixed price contract with a base period and four 12-month option periods. The target start date is 15 Dec 09. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, except as specified as Government-furnished, for Refuse and Recyclable material collection services. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, drop off and collection of refuse/recyclable containers and/or contents. This acquisition is unrestricted. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562111, size standard of $12.5 Million. The solicitation will be posted on or about 17 November 2009 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
