- IQC09313009016 NSN 1560-01-442-3291, proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract for Windshield Panel Aircraft, P/N 206-032-115-115 (Control Logistics, Inc.-Cage 0YRW3; The Nordam Group, Inc- Cage 29957; Llamas Plastics Inc.-Cage 8P093; Bell Helicopter Inc.-Cage 97499) and P/N 96005-1 (GKN Aerospace Transparency Systems-Cage 86175) in accordance with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. drawing part number 206-032-115 Rev L, Dated September 15, 1999 and AMCOM drawing part number 1560H58-398 Rev G, Dated November 4, 2003 these are the only approved sources of supply for this item. Procurement is 100% Small Business Set-aside, only offers from small businesses will be considered. The technical data package for this procurement will be available in cFolders, at https: https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin applies. Item is critical application and configuration controlled but not CSI. First Article Contractor and Production Lot Testing apply. Base period is 12 months with an option to extend terms of contract for 4 option years. Estimated annual demand is 120 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 30 each for the base year only. Requested delivery is 65 days. Possible stock locations include: Continental, United States. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The solicitation will be available on or about 12/1/2009.
