- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This procurement is a task order to an existing IDIQ contract under Contract 1443C2000081400 to perform Title I, II & III design services and contract documents to include investigations, inspections, and studies, followed by the development of designs and preparation of contract documents and cost estimates for Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, MA. This opportunity is only available to the current contact holder. This is not a request for quotations. The task order is being made against Quinn Evan's pre-priced IDIQ contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 541310, Product Supply Code (PSC) of C215.
