- Under Phase I, Safeware Engineering successfully developed the algorithms necessaryto streamline software testing by automatically generating test cases directly fromSpecTRM-RL models. SpecTRM-RL is a requirements language that was designed to be highlyreadable, allowing even non-specialists to understand them, but is also completelyformal. Test cases generated fromt he black-box models written in SpecTRM-RL will focuson the intended behavior of the system. The test case generation tool will be designedto allow the user to choose between a smaller set of test cases, allowing for more rapiderror identification, and a larger set providing more comprehensivve coverage.
