- Representations and certifications required for submittal Terms and conditoins proposed for resuting contract Request for Proposal submittal requirements and technical specification To address the need for real-time, water-based monitoring of various targets, PNNL requires the purchase of an unmanned surface vehicle that can be deployed for extended period and take measurements from internally developed sensor packages designed to be compatible with the vehicle and environment. The specifications for this vehicle are outlined in the request for proposal.
