- The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is issuing this special notice to inform industry of the intent to solicit and negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements) with Columbia Rural Electric Association (CREA), 115 E. Main Street., Dayton, WA 99328. This requirement is for a ten year electric utility service contract, including connection charges, for Charbonneau & Fishhook Parks, located on the Snake River in Walla Walla Counties, Washington. Estimated contract amount $338,340.35 (connection charges $129,000 and electrical service $210,000). Anticipated award date is 30 NOV 2009. ADMIN INFO: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130 and the size standard is $33.5 Million. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
