- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This procurement is a delivery order to an existing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract. Contract GSP0508SL0172/ Delivery Order GSP0510SL0033 for Operations and Mechanical Maintenance services offers assistance for the Functional Performance Testing (FPT) of the building systems at the Joseph P. Kinneary U.S. Courthouse, 85 Marconi Blvd., Columbus, IL. The work awarded under this delivery order will be conducted by the Retro-commissioning Contractor in accordance with the building's specific plan. This opportunity is only available to the current contract holder. This is not a request for quotations. The delivery order is being made against Commercial AG & Electric, Inc. O&M contract This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 238220, Product Supply Code (FSC) of J041.
