- The Bagram Regional Contracting Center intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis to GE Healthcare Technologies for procurement of a maintenance contract package for a General Electric Light Speed 16 CT Computed Tomography Scanner. This requirement is for the procurement of a maintenance contract to ensure the CT Scanner is properly maintained by GE trained qualified personnel. General Electric is the manufacturer of this equipment and therefore, is the only authorized entity with qualified technicians to train and provide parts and operational remote support without negating the warranty on this equipment. This maintenance contract will cover the training of military personnel for first level support, and shall include all materials, supplies, and equipment IAW a service package. This contract shall include technical assistance through an Operational Support package.
