- NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION - The Air Armament Center Enterprise Acquisition Flight located at 205 West D Ave, Ste 468, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Motion Capture Technologies (CAGE 1RJ98) located at P.O. Box 1046 Valdese, NC 28690. Motion Capture Technologies is a licensed distributor of AOS Technologies which is the sole manufacturer of the AOS SVIT LS High Speed Camera. This contract will provide two AOS SVIT LS High Speed Cameras capable of meeting the requirements of operational flight testing. This contract will be awarded under a brand name justification, utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The National American industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 334220, with a size standard of 750 employees. This notice is for information purposes only and is NOT a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available. Any firm may send their interest and capability to the below points of contact within two (2) business days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be received no later than 9:00 PM Central Standard Time, Monday, November 16, 2009. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
