- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH TECHNOLOGY ACQUISITION ASSESSMENT CENTER (NITAAC) CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER SOLUTION AND PARTNERS INNOVATIONS CONTRACTING VEHICLE (CIOSP2). In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 111-5 and Federal Acquistion Regulation, Subpart 5.704, the Clinical Center posts this Notice of Intent to compete a task order to obtain Information Technology Support Services to assist the BTRIS project in the analysis and inclusion of National Cancer Institute Clinical Research Data into BTRIS. The competition of this requirement will take place only among all eligible holders of contracts under the pre-priced Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts issued from the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquistion and Assessment Center (NITAAC), Chief Information Officer Solution and Partners Innovations Contracting Vehicle (CIOSP 2). This notification is not a request for proposals. The full request for quotation will be posted on the NITAAC site under the listing for the CIOSP contracts.
