- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Chugach Industries Incorporated, W911S2-06-D-0005 This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. The Directorate of Contracting has extended the project completion date for the repair of signal controllers and mastheads at the intersection of Mt. Belvedere and PO Valley at Fort Drum, New York, from December 1, 2009, to May 31, 2010. The delay is considered excusable under the authority of FAR Clause 52.249-10(1)(ii). All other terms and conditions of said contract remain unchanged. The project was funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
