- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Law Enforcement Leadership Institute (LELI) is preparing its 2010 class schedules for the Law Enforcement Supervisor Leadership Training Program. There will be seven classes. In order to meet curriculum requirements in the program, FLETC/LELI needs an expert in Federal Supervisory Legal Topic areas. This expert's experiences must include a working knowledge of Federal Labor Relations Law, as it applies in the federal law enforcement environment.
