- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for a quantity of fifty (50) Sanyo HIP-205BA19 Solar Modules. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes. Please include this Solicitation number on your quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. Award of a firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition procedures. All quotes shall include the following minimum information: Cage Code; Point of Contact; Phone, Fax, and Email; and the number of days required to deliver after receipt of order (ARO). All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. All responsible sources submitting quotes within 12 days after date of publication of this synopsis shall be considered by the agency. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
