- Travis AFB is seeking to acquire commercial services to perform OFFSITE inpatient transcription services for David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA. Period of performance is a base period of 1 Jan 10 - 30 Sep 2010, with four one-year Option periods. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the NAICS code 561410 and the related Small Business Standard Size of $7.0 million dollars. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov, Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at http://wawf.eb.mil, and at Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation package will be posted on the Electronic Posting System (EPS), ON or ABOUT 20 Nov 09. The closing date and time for submission of offerors will be ON or ABOUT 15 Dec 09; SPECIFIC DATES WILL BE STATED IN THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will NOT be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the EPS site for the release of the solicitation package, and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
