- RFP SPM4A6-10-R-0183, IQC09061009001, RA09061003, NSN 6210-01-208-4790, Light, Indicator. Number note #9 applies, this item is IAW Drawing Nr. 19207 12338465. Configuration Control applies. This is a small business set-aside, Number note #1 applies. Procurement is on basis of full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Resulting contract is restricted to domestic sources, number note #13 applies. This item is not commercial, number note #26 applies. This solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract with a 12 month base year and 4 option years. The estimated annual quantity is 5,616 EA. Surge is required; MWR is 143 EA. Stock location is in New Cumberland, PA. The requested terms are FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at destination, delivery at 65 days ARO. The solicitation will be available on or about November 24, 2009, and will close on or about December 23, 2009. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
