- Question/Answer SF 30 SECTION H.1 Special Provisions This amendment is issue to correct typographical error, FedBizOps description section of the original solicitation, paragraph three, should read "in addition, offerors must comply with FAR 52.212-3, b 1-2, offeror must complete annual representations and certifications electronically via ORCA ( http://orca.bpn.gov ). This is a typographical error only; the correct FAR clause, 52.212-3, is included in the solicitation package. Section H.1 is hereby incorporated within this solicitation. See attachment for full text. Response to Questions received through 11/09/09 is attached.
