- The attached file is the specifications for all line items in the request for information. Description: This is a sources sought to all interested vendors for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only a request for sources sought; quotes are not being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AT ANOTHER TIME. Solicitation number MammographyUnitL is issued as a request for sources. The NAICS Code is 334517; the NAICS size standard is 500 employees. Line Items: 1. 2(ea) M-IV Platinum Mammography Systems or equal (see statement of need for specs) 2. 2(ea) MME-00147 Accessory Cabinets or equal (see statement of need for specs) 3. Two week Bio-Medical Service Training Class (see statement of need for specs) Please reference solicitation number MammographyUnitL on all correspondence and please state what set-aside your company falls under.
