- Statement of Work - Complete Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0189 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37, Defense Circular Number 20091019 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-1030. All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following: 0001 - Box Making Machine, with complete installation. To Include: Delivery, installation, electrical wiring hook-up(s), test run and on-site operating instructions; SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK for COMPLETE DESCRIPTION; QTY 1 LOT. Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1PT7A - AMARC/FMA; 4860 S SUPERIOR AVE DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB, AZ 85707-4369. The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition.
