- Description
- The Veterans Affairs Mid South Healthcare Network 9 Contracting Center will issue RFP VA-249-09-RP-0140 for VISN 9 Home Oxygen Equipment and Oxygen supplies. The Home Oxygen solicitation will be in support of approximately 3,400 entitled veterans throughout VISN 9. This solicitation will be a 100% set aside for Small Business and the non-manufacturing rule will apply. The duration of the contract will include a base year and four one-year options for renewal. The successful contractor(s), all branch offices and subcontractors must meet JCAHO standards and be in good standing for equipment management and clinical respiratory services. The effective base year is to begin on or about May 26, 2009 through May 25, 2010. The NAICS code for this procurement is 532291. Evaluation factors for award will include but not be limited to Past Performance, References, Personnel Qualifications, and Cost/Price. The solicitation will be posted on FBO in approximately 4-6 weeks.
