- This work is in two areas at the Mill Creek Dam and Reservoir, Walla Walla County, Washington. The work in the first area is to grade and gravel a dirt access road, approximatelyl 10 feet wide, and approximately 2 miles long, and will include installation of culverts in the low areas of the road. The second work area consists of rehabilitating a levee haul road. This work is to widen and cover the top of the levee haul road with gravel approximately 14 feet wide, 6 inches deep, and up to approximately 2,000 feet in length and includes two areas that need expanded to allow for equipment turn around: one on the top of the levee, the other at a lower elevation on the river side. Solicitation No. W912EF-10-B-0002 will be posted to the FBO website on or about November 30, 2009. Bids will be opened no sooner than 30 calendar days after actual solicitation issuance date. The bid opening date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. A site visit will be offered approximately two weeks after the solicitation is made available to bidders. See solicitation for details about the site visit. Solicitation is open to both HUBZone small business concerns. NAICS code for this project is 237310, and the small business size standard is $14,000,000 average annual receipts. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be posted on FedBizOpps.gov https://www.fbo.gov.
