Description

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Pacific Northwest Region, 1150 N Curtis Rd, Boise ID 83706-1234, has a requirement for the removal and proper disposal of approximately 33,000 square feet of carpet and asbestos containing floor tiles. The work is located at Reclamation's Ephrata Field Office, 32 C St NW, PO Box 815, Ephrata, WA 98823-0815. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910, Remediation Services. The small business size standard is $14.0 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three one-year accounting periods. The estimated order of magnitude for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement will be awarded using procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 13 and 15. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns. Offers from concerns that do not qualify as a small business under the referenced NAICS code will not be considered. Prospective contractors shall be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to the award of any contract. For more information regarding CCR, please visit www.ccr.gov.
