- a. The purpose of this amendment is to revise the note associated with minimum requirement (1). The NOTE read, Quote may allow for conference space to be accommodated at two separate facilities (lodging must be provided in one of the two facilities), provided the two facilities are located no more than 10 miles (15 minute driving time) from one another. The note is hereby changed to read, Quote may allow for conference space to be accommodated at two separate facilities and/or at a location separate from the lodging facility (lodging shall not be split between multiple facilities), provided the multiple facilities are located no more than 10 miles (15 minute driving time) from one another and the lodging facility. b. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
