- This Invitation for Bid for the Wyne Mine Drainage Emergency Phase II (PA-09-029) in Forward Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania is issued by Department of the Interior's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation & Enforcement Appalachian Region AML Emergency Federal Reclamation Program Office in Pittsburgh, PA. The successful offeror will be required to clean three mine drains to re-establish the drains original function in accordance with the attached Technical Specifications. Estimated price range is $50,000 - $80,000. A payment guarantee is required over $30,000. The Pre-Bid Conference will begin at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 16, 2009. Prospective bidders are to meet at 3339 Rainbow Run Rd in Monongahela, PA. Directions to the site (including latitude and longitude) can be found on Page 3 of the Technical Specifications. Bid opening will be held at OSM in Pittsburgh, PA on Monday, November 23, 2009, at 3:30 PM.
