- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment and materials to perform all work and comply with all requirements as stated in this solicitation for janitorial services at the Southeastern Forestry Sciences Laboratory, 320 Green Street, and at the Whitehall Forest, 155 Phoenix Road, Athens, Georgia 30602-2044. The facility is appoximately 34,000 SF. The resulting contract will be a base period of 7 months (1 Mar 2010-30 Sep 2010) and three option years. (1 Oct - 30 Sep) The size standard for this small business set aside solicitation is $16.5 million under NAICS code 561720. The solicitation should be issued ARO 17 Nov 2009. This procurement requires the use of bio-based products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the Federal Bio-based Products Bio-based Products Preferred Procurement Program.
