- Description
- This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price type because uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price contract. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2). The contractor shall furnish scientific, engineering, technical, administrative, operation, maintenance and support services necessary for the performance of the requirements set forth in this SOW and IAW priorities established by the Government. The contractor shall provide all management, supervisory, and labor personnel to perform all efforts associated with this contract, including contract administrative and logistical support. Contractor management shall include services for quality assurance, environment, safety, and security.
