- WIRE ROPE ASSEMBLY: NSN: 4010-01-487-8046 P/N: 17-1-9349-1. FOB is Destination. The proposed contract will be small business set aside, 3-year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. There is a guaranteed minimum quantity of 135 each. The item is used on the Chemical Biological Protected Shelter (CBPS). The supplies covered by this solicitation are determined to be products furnished by Federal Prison Industries (FPI). An award may be made to FPI only if a determination is made that FPI is comparable in terms of price. Estimated issue date is 07 Dec 2009. TDP will be available on the Internet. Contractor has to be registered in the Joint Certification Program (Export Control) in order to access the TDP. Contractors must be certified to have EXPORT CONTROL TDP access. To be registered or to re-register please select the DD Form 2345 link;(https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf) to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: All contractors who provide goods/services to the department of Defense (DOD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
