- PR NO: 0022693910. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted on the basis of other than full and open competition. This solicitation contains Critical Application. Total quantity requested is for 98 each. The NSN is as follows: 4320-00-759-9094 with a 102 day delivery ARO. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
