- The Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center, Columbus, Ohio (VISN 10) intends to sole source for Blood Products with American Red Cross, 995 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43205. The purpose of this contract is to provide blood products which will be rendered to and at the Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center, 420 North James Road. The Contractor shall provide all necessary supplies and products.
