- This is a special notice of intent to award sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12.203 and FAR Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13) as supplemented to EATON CORP to provide following Maintenance Agreement for below for 12 month POP Period of Performance with Start/End dates to be vendor/customer agreed upon: 1 YEAR UPS Preventative Maintenance. 1 sealed battery PM. Response Time: 8HRS. Coverage: 7x24. Contract Renewal # MA237091V4. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335311 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 750 employees. These items/Maintenance Agreement will be provided to and delivered to Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma (ZIP code 74115). The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
